I have many questions.
1. Why is Classic Sonic refered as Santiago, the Chilean Capital?
2. Why does Classic Sonic speak in FNAF 2 Hallway Sound and not like use his Jaleel White voice?

1. People often refer Classic Sonic as Santiago due to them not really liking his design used in games such as Forces, and Generations. It's also from this one image comparing Sonic (from 1991-1997) to Santiago, showing him as a threat compared to Sonic.
2. Classic Sonic doesn't speak in most media since 2011, with the exception of comics and manga. And since Jaleel's voice was only in the DiC-produced Sonic cartoons, each with their own sets of canon, I'm pretty sure that's why.
